Payment
Full payment is required prior to shipment. If having headwear designed, 50% of price will be required beforehand and final payment on completion. You shall be notified via email or telephone of completion and any queries you have please contact us. All payments can be made by cheque( cheques to be made out to K.Aspland) or you can use our secure paypal service (coming soon!).
Refunds & Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please return in original state & packaging within 7 days of receipt. Upon safe return, a refund will be issued, excluding post & packaging.
Delivery
Once you have placed your order, please allow up to 10 days for delivery, if for any reason your order will take longer than the specified time, then you will be contacted.
All prices exclude post & packaging, a standard charge of £5.00 per delivery is put on, this may vary, depending on amount ordered.
We can also deliver outside u.k, for prices please contact us.
All orders are despatched by special delivery with Royal Mail.
